Cricket Wireless is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Oklahoma. You will provide outstanding customer service, offer tailored solutions, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The role supports store operations and aims for sales KPIs while potentially participating in outside events to drive customer acquisition. Required bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and a reliable means of transportation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication and customer-service mindset.
• Attitude and basic technical aptitude.
• Customer-service background helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Able to work at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
