Job summary

Cash Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the Safety Program at construction projects in Pflugerville, TX.

The role involves auditing job sites, leading safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company safety policies. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and have at least two years in a full-time safety position; CHST/OSHA/MSHA qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required for communication with crews and documentation.
• At least 2 years in a full-time safety role or equivalent experience.
• Preferred safety certifications and OSHA/MSHA exposure.
• Ability to read and understand safety regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time in the field auditing job sites for safety compliance.
• Provide safety leadership and encourage participation among employees and subcontractors.
• Participate in Safety Committee meetings and report results.
• Attend weekly tailgate safety meetings and communicate topics to management.
• Maintain first aid and emergency supplies at jobsites.
• Input and review incident reports and assist in corrective actions.
• Plan and lead safety training and hazard communications.
