Job summary

Nation Security Services LLC is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Bilingual Road Supervisor to lead field operations across client sites in the region. This hands-on role conducts mobile patrols, audits officer performance, ensures contract compliance, and serves as the main bridge between officers, management, and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in private security, law enforcement, or military operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Active Security Officer License (Class D) or state equivalent; Class G preferred if applicable.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening; Nation Security Services LLC is a drug-free workplace.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to on-site incidents, alarms, and emergencies; coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services.
• Onboard new security officers in the field, provide on-the-spot coaching, retrain staff on client expectations.
• Interact with client representatives during shifts to resolve immediate concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist operations management with filling emergency post openings, shift call-outs, and roster coverage to maintain 100% post fill-rates.

This is a hands-on, mobile management role responsible for inspecting security personnel, enforcing company standards, and serving as the primary bridge between on-duty security officers, management, and clients.

You will spend your shift in the field conducting mobile patrols, auditing officer performance, ensuring contract compliance, and responding directly to incidents or operational emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Field Supervision & Inspections: Conduct unannounced post inspections and mobile patrols across designated sites to ensure security officers are punctual, properly uniformed, vigilant, and following post orders.

Incident Response & Management: Respond rapidly to on-site incidents, alarms, and emergency situations; coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed and prepare comprehensive incident reports.

Officer Support & Training: Onboard new security officers in the field, provide on-the-spot coaching, re-train staff on client expectations, and address site-level performance issues.

Client & Operational Liaison: Interact with client representatives during shifts to resolve immediate concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Scheduling & Coverage: Assist operations management with filling emergency post openings, shift call-outs, and roster coverage to maintain 100% post fill-rates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in private security, law enforcement, or military operations.

Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.

Driver’s License: Valid Florida Driver’s License with an exceptionally clean driving record (must be qualified to operate company patrol vehicles).

Security Credentials: Active Security Officer License (Class "D" or state equivalent required; Class "G" preferred if applicable).

Clearance: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Nation Security Services LLC is a drug-free workplace.

Availability: Must be flexible to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as operational needs require.

Communication: Strong interpersonal, written report-writing, and leadership skills under fast-paced field conditions.
