Job summary

Compass Connections in Robstown, Texas is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses to join our team at our care facility. The role focuses on triage, medication administration, care planning, and coordination of health services for children in care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• Current BLS certification; additional CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
• One year of RN experience required; pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage services and assess patient needs.
• Document medical records accurately in EMR per guidelines.
• Administer vaccines, medications, and treatments as ordered by providers.
• Coordinate health services for children in care and communicate with staff.
• Monitor patient conditions and educate patients and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and program protocols.
