Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in good standing.
• Home health or pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and supervisory visits, documenting care plans.
