Innovative Systems Group seeks a healthcare professional to conduct medical management and health education programs for government healthcare customers. You will gather, analyze and provide data for regulatory reports and represent the company to members.

The role requires RN/LPC/LMSW credentials with 3 years clinical care, plus strong communication and travel within the territory. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database apps is essential.

Qualifications

• RN, LPC or LMSW licensure with required clinical practice.
• Three years of clinical experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Transition of Care experience.
• Experience in managing complex or catastrophic cases.
• Certification in Case Management, Training, Project Management or similar.
• Current, valid RN license in state of operations (or reciprocity).
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; database and web-based apps.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
