Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, stock recovery, and ensuring safety for birds. Flexible shifts, including weekends, may be required. Prior retail or farming knowledge is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle cash following store procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Perform Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Complete janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift (if 18+); load purchases for customers.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience.
• Maintain birds' safety and care, including poultry tanks.
