Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using the GURA framework: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, add value, and thank the customer.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, price changes, and freight processes.
• Help customers with loading purchases and ensure a safe, pleasant shopping experience.
