Job summary

You will rotate through duties from cashiering to stocking, merchandising resets, and store cleanliness, with emphasis on safety and respectful teamwork. Shifts may include days, evenings and weekends; training provided; physically capable of lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farm/ranch knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting abilities needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend product solutions and up-sell where appropriate.
• Operate cash register and handle cash with accuracy.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and price changes/markdowns.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of the store.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and support overall store operations.
• Complete all required documentation for duties performed.
