Job summary

Mobily, an AT&T authorized retailer, is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Austin, TX. You will lead operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $45,000–$60,000 per year plus commission, plus benefits and opportunities for growth. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and reporting, and play a major role in Mobily's nationwide expansion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment preferred).
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store performance through proactive leadership.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver top customer service.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store operations.
• Collaborate with District Manager on initiatives and new products/services.
• Ensure a welcoming, clean, and compliant store environment.
• Handle administrative tasks like reporting and compliance with ease.
