Job summary

Mobilelink is hiring a Retail Store Manager to oversee sales and operations at the Fond du Lac location and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will implement company programs, coach staff, and drive in-store performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years of retail sales management, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. You will train on products and promotions and partner with the District Manager.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and drive performance.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Assist with training on new products and promotions.
• Contribute to internal investigations with HR and Loss Prevention.
• Support outside events and community engagements to grow brand presence.
