Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store, driving performance and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and roll out new products alongside leadership partners.

The role demands at least 1 year of retail sales management in a commissioned environment, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and a passion for developing people and surpassing sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment preferred).
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
