Your Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the sales and operations of your store, focusing on business performance and team success. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory, launching new products and services, and being the driving force behind your store’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire your team to exceed sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Create an environment conducive to employee growth and development
  • Coordinate with District Managers and partners to launch new products and services
  • Train and develop your team to sell confidently and knowledgeably
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment
  • Actively coach and motivate on the sales floor
  • Handle administrative duties such as compliance and reporting
Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned sales environment
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
  • Strong sales skills and a drive to outperform
  • Motivational skills to foster a winning team atmosphere
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Schedule
  • Balanced 8-hour shifts, weekdays, and most Saturdays
