Position Overview
The Retail Store Manager (RSM) is responsible for the overall sales, customer service, operations, and inventory of their assigned location. Successful RSMs will lead their team to achieve performance goals, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and develop, implement, and manage company programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the team to succeed.
- Create a positive work environment that fosters employee excellence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Educate staff on compensation plans and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with District Managers on new product launches and promotions.
- Train staff on new products and promotions.
- Assist in internal investigations with HR and Loss Prevention.
- Support on the sales floor for coaching and development.
- Manage scheduling and staffing within budgeted hours.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Respond promptly to communications and complete training on time.
- Protect company assets at all times.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- At least 2 years of retail sales management experience, including sales processes and commissions.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales teams.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Leadership ability to motivate and develop others.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and wireless equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to support multiple store locations within a 30-minute radius.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Shift Details
- 8-hour shifts on weekdays and Saturdays.
