Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English.
• 2 years retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet performance targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation within 30 minutes radius.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Inspire and coach the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan and maximise sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to back-office processes, reports, and policies.
• Respond to communications promptly.
• Complete required training within the store.
• Protect company assets.
