Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Minnesota. You will grow sales in-store by using your passion for technology and outstanding customer service, uncovering customer needs, and presenting product insights to deliver complete, top-down solutions that satisfy everyday devices and connectivity.

The role offers a base pay of $16.00–$21.00 per hour with additional commissions; top performers can reach total annual earnings of $65,000–$75,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts, especially during busy periods.
• Experience in commission-based environments and sales communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by applying passion for technology and strong customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting with them and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with effective communication to meet customer needs.
• Develop through training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base with outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events.
