Verizon is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our on-site team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive retail sales, identify customer needs, and provide top-notch service while promoting our latest technology solutions.

You’ll enjoy a base pay of $16.00–$21.00 per hour with the potential to earn substantial commissions, travel incentives, and a strong benefits package. This role is onsite with a 40-hour workweek and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by outbound calls and messages to current Verizon customers.
