The role offers on-site hours, day-one benefits, and uncapped commissions with a base pay of $19 per hour and total target compensation up to $27.38 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance and reliable punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
