Job summary

Colorado Pawn & Jewelry seeks enthusiastic Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associates to join our Port St Lucie store in Florida. You will help customers buy, sell, and obtain pawn loans while delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers buy, sell, and obtain pawn loans on a wide variety of merchandise. Every day is different—from assisting a customer in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry to evaluating luxury watches, gold, electronics, musical instruments, designer handbags, tools, and collectibles.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident using computers and technology, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll use point-of-sale software, inventory systems, online marketplaces, and customer management tools while building lasting relationships and contributing to the success of the store.

No two days are the same. You'll gain valuable product knowledge, develop professional sales skills, and become part of a supportive team that values integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do
