This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, reliability, and prior retail sales experience. Spanish is preferred. It's a full-time position with benefits including health, vision and life insurance, plus a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales experience (1 year) preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to location.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per management guidance.
• Practice behaviors and best practices to maximize sales and metrics.
• Serve as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to policies and paperwork procedures and maintain store assets.
• Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, etc.).
• Maintain store appearance and accurate time/attendance records.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies promptly.
