Qualifications

• Retail sales experience and customer service excellence.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using the store’s proven selling process.
• Guide customers with bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to personalize recommendations.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Load purchases onto customers' vehicles and assist with showroom setup.
• Utilize tablets and POS to complete transactions and capture customer data.
