Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Effectively sell merchandise while achieving individual and store goals.
• Regularly lift, move, and position merchandise during shifts.
• Safely use store equipment per company policies; some equipment may require age verification.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish for customer interactions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and company mission, vision, and values.
• Deliver Best of the WEST service by greeting customers and thanking them for their business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products with personalized service.
• Use selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while staying customer-focused.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and current western/workwear trends.
• Assist with product selection, special orders, and locating items in-store.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, stocking and recovering displays.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed, signed, stocked, and located per standards.
• Monitor store safety and promptly report concerns to management.
• Arrive on time with a neat, professional appearance and follow all policies.
