Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a bilingual Energy Sales Specialist to promote Reliant energy services at Walmart retail locations in McAllen, TX. You will engage customers, enroll them in energy plans, and work toward monthly sales goals with paid training and uncapped commissions.

Base pay plus commissions offers weekly earnings with potential for higher totals; top performers can reach substantial weekly amounts. This role includes event setup and travel to locations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup and teardown of events.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
