Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead with needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Engage customers to identify financial solutions across channels.
• Advise on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Support customer transactions and inquiries.
• Build new relationships through outreach and appointments.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
