Qualifications

• Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Lead needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Engage customers to complete assessments and tailor solutions across banking, investments, lending, and small business.
• Provide guidance on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Advise on home financing, everyday banking, and other lending products while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Protect assets by applying risk management frameworks and ensuring compliant lending processes.
