Covenant House New Jersey is hiring a Resource Specialist to manage casework for survivors in our statewide anti-human trafficking program. You will coordinate core services, shelter referrals, and trauma‑informed supports across multiple New Jersey counties.
The role requires collaboration with law enforcement, on‑call availability, and reliable transportation. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preferred experience in trafficking prevention and working with survivors.
The Resource Specialist is responsible for the case management of survivors who are participating in CHNJ’s statewide anti-human trafficking program. The Resource Specialist will connect survivors to services that are trauma informed in their geographical location. The Resource Specialist will provide all services with absolute respect and unconditional love.
Salary $64,000
