Resident Manager I | Windsor at Miramar - Miramar, FL

Summary:

As the Resident Services Manager, you will oversee the community's operations, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and fostering community engagement. Your responsibilities include managing move-in satisfaction, lease renewals, and acting as the primary liaison to Support Services. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to facilitate smooth transitions from prospect to resident, organize resident events, and maintain an engaging social media presence to build a vibrant community.

Compensation:

  • Hourly: Starting at $30.77 or $64,001 annually, with a range up to $38.46 based on experience and location.
  • Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of 20%, paid quarterly.
  • Total Starting Annual Compensation Potential: $76,801 (including bonus).

Customer Focus:

  • Respond promptly to resident issues, escalating as needed.
  • Manage resident packages and facilitate move-in processes, including documentation and inspections.
  • Conduct move-in orientations and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Service Manager on work order processes and follow-ups.

Financial Management:

  • Process invoices per procurement policies.
  • Monitor expenses and adjust spending to meet budgets.
  • Analyze variances and recommend actions.

Sales Strategy:

  • Manage CRM queues and support prospect tours with signage and apartment prep.

Administrative Support:

  • Oversee maintenance schedules, move-out notices, and related paperwork.
  • Support the Prior Resident Support team and facilitate the TIDY program.

Role Expectations:

  • Weekend work may be required based on site needs.
  • Partner closely with the Service Manager to improve communication and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and knowledge of property management systems required.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multifamily settings; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Experience working in property management or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Funnel CRM and Microsoft Office 365 required.
  • Bilingual Spanish is required.
