A leading health institution in San Diego seeks an SRA 1 to support research on HIV and HCV among drug users. Responsibilities include recruiting participants, conducting interviews, and providing administrative support. Experience working with vulnerable populations is preferred, along with bilingual skills in Spanish. Flexible scheduling may be necessary.

Formación

• Ability to comply with confidentiality and human subjects requirements in research.
• Experience working independently and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience recruiting, following up, and interviewing active drug users.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit participants and conduct interviews while ensuring data integrity.
• Provide administrative support for study meetings.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Conocimientos

Bilingual skills in Spanish/English

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work one-on-one with active drug users

Knowledge of harm reduction principles

Educación

Bachelor's degree in public health or psychology
