Overview

We're Hiring: Member Services Representative (Remote). Start Date: October 13, 2025. Location: Must sit in TX, CA, NV, or NM only! Workplace Type: 100% Remote. Shift Training: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm PST (7 weeks). Hours of Operation: 6am-8pm PST, weekend rotation & some holidays required. Job Overview: Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Member Services Representative, where you'll be the voice of compassion and clarity for our members.

  • Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims.
  • Advocate for members by resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction with professionalism.
  • Deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced, remote call center environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience
  • Bilingual required (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Korean)
  • Health plan experience is a plus
  • Must have reliable WiFi and a home-office setup
