Responsibilities
- Handle back-to-back tech support and customer service calls throughout your shift
- Provide solutions for technical issues and customer needs for a diverse consumer base
- Promote products and services to maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain engagement on calls with minimal distractions
- Participate in video meetings with camera on as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Must reside in designated states to be eligible for hire
