The RN will deliver primary care, manage patient flow, and support diverse patients' needs in a culturally appropriate setting. What we offer:Compensation: Approximately $33.16 - $41.23 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
Overview of Role: *Flexible schedule Monday through Friday.* **When working triage calls, alternative working opportunities may be available.**Provide direct nursing care to our patients, assist the providers and pod team members and provide support to the Nurse Supervisor and Assistant Nursing Director. Focus on nurse leadership when assigned to a pod and on triage and/or tasks when off the pod. Specific responsibilities may vary slightly at each site depending on the site’s nursing structure and needs.
