Community Dental Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support the Dentist during exams, treatments, and discussions with patients. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, teamwork, and a professional attitude in a fast-paced setting.

The RDA will perform general duties, assist with procedures, and help maintain infection control and patient flow across the clinic on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule at Smile Magic Garland.

Qualifications

• Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant Licensing.
• Digital x-ray and Digital Charting Experience.
• Sealant Placement and Coronal Polishing certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and verify codes with precision.
• Capture quality x-ray images and assist dentist with procedures.
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms; maintain a clean field.
• Discuss treatment options and post-care instructions with patients.
• Engage patients, schedule appointments, and ensure a positive environment.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
• Assist with patient DPA/PRN tasks as assigned.
