We are hiring Bilingual (English/Spanish) RBTs with afternoon availability for the Greensboro area!

What will you do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?

1. Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD
2. Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans
3. Conduct stimulus preference assessments
4. Collect data
5. Maintain the client's program book
6. Develop/create teaching materials
7. Provide basic care to clients (e.g., toileting, eating)
8. Discuss the client's daily progress with parents/caretakers
9. Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists
10. Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
11. Ensure the well-being of all clients
12. Maintain and update professional knowledge through continuing education

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Valid and active RBT credential number on the BACB website (BTs are welcome to apply, but hourly rate will be lower at $25.00-$26.00. We will increase your hourly rate once you become an RBT.)
• Previous experience working with children; ASD experience strongly preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable and consistent schedule availability
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including standing and moving for at least 75% of the day, and lifting up to 40 pounds
