Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking an RBT for afternoon availability to work in Fredericksburg, VA. The role involves delivering one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implementing behavior plans, and collecting progress data for children with autism or related developmental disabilities.

You will collaborate with families, maintain records, and support clients in ADLs and social interactions, with structured ABA teaching sessions in an in-person setting.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Afternoon Availability

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Kids Club ABA - VA in Tysons, VA. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role will involve implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA

• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress

• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies

• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records

• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions

• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

Experience:

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities

• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents

• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus

• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
