Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG) seeks a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our Reston, Virginia HR team. This in-office role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for hourly field, shop, and skilled trades across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to source, screen, and coordinate interviews in both languages. You will partner with hiring managers, attend job fairs, and help build VMG's talent pipeline while supporting

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
• Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or skilled trades preferred.
• Experience with ATS and candidate sourcing.
• Occasional local travel to career events may be needed.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly field, shop, and skilled trades positions.
• Recruit for HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, service, warehouse, and mechanical construction roles.
• Source, screen, and communicate with candidates in English and Spanish.
