Job description

Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Bilingual Receptionist/ Accounting Clerk in the Dallas, TX 75247 area.

Shift/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday (8am to 4:30pm): $18/hour

Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual Preferred.
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Help with payroll and data entry.
  • Assist with preparing basic reports, expense reports, or monthly ledgers.
  • Organize and file documents.
  • Responsible for answering phones, e-mails.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Professional Appearance -Will meet and greet all walk ins and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Office Admin/ Accounting clerk.
  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable and Responsible.
  • Stable work history.
  • Clear background.
