Position Summary
  1. Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk.
  2. Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient.
  3. Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
  4. Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
  5. Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills
  • Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
  • CPR/Basic Life Support Certification

  • Receptionist experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

ACCESS is a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers serving patients on the frontlines of community-based health care. The pay ranges provided represent the minimum to mid-range for positions. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, market conditions, and available grant funding.
