THE POSITION:

We're seeking a bilingual receptionist who willbe detail-oriented, dependable, and able to perform accurate work in a timely manner. This position plays a key role in the everyday operationof the dealership.

• Greet all customers and direct them to their correct destination.
• Answer a multi-line switchboard, screen, and direct calls.
• Take and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
• Refill coffee areas with supplies
• Maintain whiteboard with customer names
• Deal with queries from the public and customers.
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out organization.
• Prepare daily correspondence, stamp, and make sure mail gets sent out.
• Receive mail and deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment in the mail room.
• Control inventory relevant to the reception area.
• Prepare all overnights.
• Process all body, accessory, and transport invoices to be approved.
• Assist the inventory manager and fleet administrator with any additional items as needed.
• Label all wheel locks with the correct VIN numbers.
• Create a folder for new vehicles including key tags, lemon law, board tab, and work order.
• Log in all plates and give them to sales associates.
• Log each sale call and walk in on the spreadsheet.
• Assist the Accounting Department as necessary
• Monday-Friday 9:00 to 6:00

Working Conditions:

Usual office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments. Occasional early morning and evening hours are necessary to accommodate participation in extended office hours or to support external events.

THE LOCATION:

Chastang Ford is located in Houston, TX, approximately one mile East of I-69 on the 610 North Loop East.
