Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or logistics.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of DOT, safety procedures, and local geography.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch mixer trucks to job sites, optimizing routes and plant utilization.
• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers to track delivery progress and changes.
• Adjust schedules for order changes, delays, or weather impacts.
• Coordinate with plant teams on production and material availability.
• Serve as primary contact for customers to place orders and updates.
• Enter and verify orders in the dispatch system and confirm details.
• Proactively inform customers about delays or constraints.
• Build contractor relationships and ensure reliable service.
• Track daily metrics like utilization and delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hours-of-service regulations.
