Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of local geography and jobsite logistics.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience with dispatch or fleet management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch mixer trucks to job sites with optimized routes.
• Maintain ongoing driver and plant communication to track progress.
• Adjust same-day schedules for changes, delays, and weather impacts.
• Coordinate with plant teams on production and load timing.
• Serve as primary contact for customers to update deliveries.
• Enter and update orders in Command/Dispatch, ensuring accuracy.
• Proactively communicate delays and changes to customers.
• Build contractor relationships by resolving issues and ensuring reliability.
• Monitor real-time delivery activity and truck utilization.
• Ensure DOT and site safety procedures are followed at all times.
