Job summary

Winters Health Care is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish to support clinical care at our Winters location with occasional Esparto shifts. You will take x-rays, chart patient histories, assist during procedures, and help with lab duties while following safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has a California RDA license or valid RDA alternative, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with dental software.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish required reading, writing and speaking.
• Current California RDA license or Dental Assistant with X-ray certificate.
• Significant customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs; Open Dental and eClinical Works preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; take medical/dental history and x-rays.
• Provide chairside assistance and prepare trays and lab casts.
• Follow OSHA and BBP safety protocols and maintain a clean workflow.
• Operate x-ray equipment; assist in ordering and stocking supplies.
• Support front desk duties and patient interactions as needed.
