Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RDA License registered with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Certification to monitor Nitrous Oxide preferred.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training.
• Dental practice management software experience (Open Dental/Dentrix) helpful.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• End of week inventory to replenishment.
• Maintain patient safety as priority.
• Adhere to OSHA and infection control protocols.
• Maintain and update digital patient information.
• Prepare tray setups per doctor preferences and procedures.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and disinfected.
• Educate patients and parents on oral health benefits.
• Monitor patient well-being during visits.
• Review patient chart and health history before doctor arrival.
