Olive Branch ABA in Austin, TX is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) fluent in English and Spanish for in-home services. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while engaging families in sessions.

Ideal candidates are active RBTs with strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently within clinical directions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Olive Branch ABA is looking for a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing team in Austin.

As a bilingual RBT, you'll provide individualized ABA services to children and families while helping create a comfortable and effective environment for Spanish-speaking clients. Your ability to communicate in both languages can make a meaningful difference in the quality of care and connection we provide.

What You'll Do
