Job summary

Olive Branch ABA in Austin, TX is seeking a fluent English/Spanish Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings under BCBA supervision, helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

This role requires active RBT certification and bilingual proficiency. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities, flexible scheduling, ongoing BCBA supervision,

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and clinical direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking children and families
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
• Maintain professional communication with families
• Provide consistent, compassionate, and engaging support
