Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are fluent in Spanish to join our supportive, locally owned practice. We offer strong supervision and a collaborative team environment.

As an RBT, you will provide ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings, collecting data and collaborating with supervisors to support BCBA certification goals. Wages range from $25 to $32 per hour, with part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly to clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills toward independence (communication, daily living, social skills, etc.).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes for BCBA decisions.
