Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in person in Santa Fe, NM. The role involves implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision, supporting clients with developmental disabilities, and educating families on behavioral health concepts.

Responsibilities include progress documentation, HIPAA compliance, ADL assistance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with care plans, medical documentation, and medical terminology beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while showing empathy and patience.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Monitor and document client progress in accordance with established care plans.
• Utilize medical terminology appropriately when communicating with team members.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
• Provide patient care by assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
• Educate clients and their families about behavioral health concepts and strategies for improvement.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
