Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in Omaha, NE. These part-time roles offer flexible scheduling and can be conducted in clients' homes or community settings.

We provide same-day pay, competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement within ABA, and paid training. Prior experience is not required beyond obtaining RBT certification before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate approach.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
