Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. The role centers on implementing ABA-based behavior intervention plans and providing direct 1:1 therapy to clients in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an RBT certification, have experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, and demonstrate knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and data collection.

Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification and be able to implement ABA plans.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods.
• Compassionate, professional approach when working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
• Collect data on targeted behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
