We are currently seeking an R&D Engineer to join our Home Appliance Manufacturing team in Clarksville, TN.

The R&D Engineer requires expertise in the development and manufacturing of home appliances to provide better value to its customers. This role involves conducting research and development based on analytical thinking and market understanding. The R&D Engineer will work on diverse projects, requiring strong management ability. Responsibilities include providing technical advice, assisting the project team in identifying, reviewing, and resolving issues from the customer perspective, and understanding the flow of production, manufacturing, and sales of the developed parts or products. The engineer will also forecast and proactively design solutions for problems that occur at each stage.
