Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, review, and manage quality assurance and safety as essential government regulations such as SQF, PACA, USDA, FDA.
• Verify and analyze the quality process through sampling, evaluation and statistical analysis to ensure compliance with product quality and safety requirements.
• Create strategies to improve inspection processes for the quality assurance operation.
• Ensure procedures are appropriate for the market quality assurance operation.
• Process and manage data for measurement and evaluation of department performance.
• Monitor indicators of the market QA department and rejections and rework management.
